i cant believe July is already almost over, the summer is flying by!

i have 2 mini vacations coming up,

wednesday i leave with my hunk a lunk for laughlin.

then next week is my family vacation to the lake we've been going to for the past 10 years!

i cant wait!

Remember when i wrote about my back problems here

the options to help that was physical therapy. and muscle relaxers.

i don't like it when strangers touch me,  and i don't want to take something i could become addicted to.

so i put it off for as long as i could.

my mom finally convinced me to do it, so I'm starting physical therapy soon.

in the mean time i figured my old bed couldn't be helping.

Ive had bed this before 10 years,

then it was my parents before that for 10 years too.

hello brand new plush bed.

it was so difficult choosing a bed. should i go for memory foam? pillow top? something more soft or firm?

i chose in the middle. hopefully it feels good in the long run.

last night was the first night on it, and so far so good.

my little moomoo loves boxes.

Independence Day!

it couldn't get any better than this.

(that's popcorn if you couldn't tell, its my crack, and I'm addicted)

Let me tell you, this whole double Monday in a week really kicked my booty.

i did not want to get out of bed yesterday my body was saying this isn't right. this is cruel and usual punishment.

I'm very very glad for this weekend. on my list of things to do:

line dance

snuggle

shop for a new bed. any opinions on memory foam or pillow top? (this is the first time I'm buying my own bed, and I'm a little nervous so any opinion helps, gracias!)

i just have to say TGIF hope it goes by fast.
