picking and choosing

i have been pondering which classes i should take this next semester.

usually i opt for two classes with my full time work schedule.

but i think this semester i will do three and be socially mia?

i was calculating how many more semester i have just till i get my AA if i take only 6 units a semester.

seven more semesters! if i take two semesters a year then that's three and half years about.

sometimes i kick myself for delaying right after high school, and starting full time work, because i wanted a break from school, instead of staying home, working part time and finishing school sooner. then i could have a forever break from school sooner.

now, if i take that route i will be almost 28.

and I'm sure when I'm that age i will have other things taking up my time.

i have to say i am a little frustrated with myself. 

so that's what I'm doing this morning over this cup of coffee.

i forgot i have one more birthday celebration. i admit i may be a little spoiled when i comes to my birthday this year.

I'm not complaining. i love every bit of it!

tonight my lovely co-workers are taking me to a new line dancing saloon place called The Ranch in Anaheim. (they call the dance side a saloon, i love it!)

none of them have gone line dancing before but they know its like my bread and water so they wanted to take me, how sweet is that?

i have only heard great things about this place, the food is delish, and its gorgeous inside.

so tonight i will be teaching a bunch of my second madres a step or two.

yeehaw!

update:

on my back issue from the other day.

i am not crazy

there is something mildly wrong.

turns out i have mild degenerative changes (which is pretty common)

and there is a mild right-sided curvature of the spine.

so I'm a little angled back there.

maybe my right butt cheek patroons to the side more? haha fat chance.

nothing a little physical therapy and aspirin cant help.

at least my questions were answered.

ok now that that's out...

this semester i have two different campus locations.

one is santa ana

the campus ive taken all of my classes at

and santiago

first class ive taken there was last night

Monday night at santa ana

i went to the bathroom on campus.

talk about little tijuana

it was disgusting.

toilet paper everywhere

and it reeked like someone had pee'd on the floor. seriously.

and they have no where to hang your bag,

try trying to squat, hold your bag, and book all at the same time....

its hard!

then last night..

it was like a resort.

no toilet paper on the floor, it didnt smell like urine

and, just wait!

they had a shelf in the stall for your books

and a purse hook!

i thanked jesus almighty and pee'd in comfort!

plus the fella's there arent bad looking, guys wore plaid there.

and the girls were nice. at the other place, i look at a girl and they look like they wanna kick my arse.

and i didnt hear anyone yell "eeey esssay" whatever that means.

well today is the day i've been anticipating.

as always i can barely sleep the night before.

hence being awake an hour before i needed to be.

the beginning of a new school semester.

this semester i'm taking 2 extra units than usual.

this is my schedule now:

monday, 6:00 wake up, 8:30-6:30 work, 7:00-10:10 History 3 units = 6 hrs of homework a week

tuesday, same routine, math 2 units= 4 hrs hmwrk

wednesday, same routine western art history 3 units= 6 hrs of hmwrk

+ 40 hrs a week working = a whole lot! im gonna be a busy lady

thurday and friday homework time

and possibly a social life on the weekend.

i know it could be worse, i just always get a little nervous before.

plus im petitioning all of my classes.

wish me luck, in the rain also!

hope that crack ive been meaning to get fixed on my windshield since september holds up!

hello thursday!

so I've come to the realization that this cold i have had

for almost a month

may also be allergies.

i really hope not, i do not want to take something for allergies on a continuous basis

urrrggg..

i wish i could do this all day
